Based on an invitation from Bozar – Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels (Belgium) and the Festival Nuits Sonores (France), Pierre Bastien presents a unique cineconcert in which he accompanies a selection of animated short films from the 1920s and 1930s. This poetic show celebrates the joy of playing, improvising, and inventing, immersing the audience in an enchanting atmosphere through films from the collection of Japan's National Film Archive.
